Terms of Use

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the RepCrowd app for iPhone and Apple Watch, its live room and chat, and repcrowd.com. By creating an account or using RepCrowd you agree to them. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which covers the app licence itself.

Who we are

RepCrowd is a free training app operated by Martin Jezek, an individual based in Canada ("we"). You can reach us at [email protected].

Who can use RepCrowd

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for using online services without a parent's consent. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

Train safely

  • RepCrowd is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, a heart condition, are pregnant, or have not trained in a while.
  • Ranks are optional targets, not instructions. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Use good form, rest, and choose loads you can control.
  • You train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries that happen while you exercise.

Your account

Keep your password private and your details accurate. One account is for one person. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which removes your account and training data from our servers.

Community rules: zero tolerance

RepCrowd has a live chat, public usernames, rank-ups, friends and challenges. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post or do any of the following:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging anyone to hurt themselves or others.
  • Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
  • Sexual content, nudity, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Spam, advertising, scams, links, or attempts to collect other people's personal information.
  • Impersonating another person, Martin, or RepCrowd.
  • Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Faking reps or results to manipulate rankings, challenges or the world counter.

We filter messages automatically, and you can report any message and block any person in the app. We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these rules we remove it, and we suspend or permanently remove the account that posted it.

Content you share

You keep ownership of the messages, usernames and other content you post. You give RepCrowd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content inside RepCrowd and its live streams, for as long as it remains on the service. Public profile details, ranks and reps may appear to other people as described in our Privacy Policy.

Live streams and YouTube

Live sessions and videos in RepCrowd are played by YouTube. By watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles that viewing under the Google Privacy Policy. Your chat messages, display name and rank-ups in the live room may be shown on stream.

A free service

RepCrowd is free and has no in-app purchases. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the service. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you first, and nothing you already use will be charged for without your agreement.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using RepCrowd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put other people at risk, or if the law requires it.

No warranties

RepCrowd is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep your data safe and the app running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that rankings and counters will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RepCrowd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where Martin Jezek lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside Canada, you keep any protection the consumer laws of your country give you.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
